- Due to new Google permission settings in Android 13 and higher, the next time you install the latest version of Service Pro Mobile, notification permissions and media permissions for accessing local files will be defaulted to off. Simply access Settings to turn them back on.

- New Auto-Sync allows for automatic, faster syncing between SPM3 and back office. Technicians no longer need to manually sync if Auto-Sync is enabled on a company level.
